The staff are friendly and professional. The store is well presented with a great selection of glasses.

One thing that people don't seem to realise is that if you get a radiology referral from your Dr you don't necessarily need to go to the one he or she tells you to go to - all of them accept each others referrals. The Xray / Ultrasound place at the lower floor here tends to do the majority of their work 'bulk billed' - and they have very new equipment. I've saved thousands over the years by going here. The only reason I marked down by one point is that the bloods section (QML?) at ground level seems to open and close at radically strange hours of the day. All in all, though, this place is brilliant.

I have now had three pairs of glasses from The Eye Piece. On each occasion the service has been exemplary and the glasses are great. Ally, Luke and the entire team are very helpful and their expert advice is very reassuring. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to all for any eyewear needs.

Appalling service" - every time you go in there are different staff. Mucked up the original supply and took 6 weeks before the debacle was finalised with a refund. Never again"
